This case highlights the potential use of obtaining 3-D images of the pulmonary artery obtained with rotational (240°) angiography, and quickly reconstructing them in the control room, to assist in interventional planning. The ability to register the 3-D image with the 2-D X-ray images allows for easier and more confident road-mapping of patient anatomy. The case also highlights the ease of performing 2-D coronary analysis at tableside and the advantages of the 56-inch FlexVision monitor for high-quality image review.
